Practice each movement keeping your focus on where the movement occurs.
Practice them long enough so you can observe your thoughts and emotions.
Don't move on to the next movement until you have mastered the previous one.
These practices strengthen your ability to keep your focus on the inner space within your body, which are great to practice daily.
Practice doing them over time and your experience will deepen.
